Please find below a listing of documents that may be required to be provided by you.
This is not the full and complete list, and may vary on your personal situation.

Basic Information:

  • Photo Identification

Information about your income:

  • 2 most recent consecutive electronic payslips (no more than 6 weeks old) OR
  • A letter from your employer on their letterhead stating position, length of employment, employment status and gross income signed and dated by the employer PLUS
  • Most recent group certificate or Notice of Assessment.
     If Self Employed
  • Last 2 years personal tax returns including Notice of Assessment
  • Last 2 years company/business financial statements
  • Last 2 years company/business tax returns

Information about your spending and saving habits:

  • Evidence on how much you pay for utilities, household costs and personal costs.
  • Evidence of banking history (most recent 6 months bank statements)

Other financial documents:

  • A list of your assets with details of each.
  • A list of your liabilities with details of each.
  • Bank statements for past 6 month for any loans or credit cards being refinanced.

Purchase/Refinance details:

  • Contract of sale
  • Rental appraisal (if purchasing an investment property)
  • Current rates notice for all properties being refinanced
  • Rental Statement (if investment property is being refinanced)
  • Council approved plans (if building)
  • Builders contract (if building)

Other Documents:

  • Policy schedules for any insurances you hold
